Do you only work with schools?
No. Schools are our particular focus, but the testing, audits and training are available to any Australian organisation.
What does a penetration test cost?
Every test is quoted on its scope: what is being tested and how deeply. Tell us what you run and we come back with a price and what it covers.
Is it safe to test our live systems?
Testing live systems carries some risk, so the scope, the timing and anything that is off limits are agreed with you in writing before any testing starts.
What do we get at the end of a test?
A written report of what we found, how serious each issue is, and what to do about it.
Who are the workshops for, and how are they run?
Students, teachers and staff, with each session written for the age and role of the people in the room, and hands-on rather than a lecture. Where it is run and how many people attend are agreed when we scope it.
Can you help fix what a test finds?
Yes. We build and look after websites and software, so we can fix issues in the systems we work on, and help your team or supplier with the rest.
How often should we test?
At least once a year, and again after any significant change — a new system, a major upgrade, or a change in who can reach it.
