Terms of use
Last updated 23 October 2026
This website is run by Connascent Web Services (ABN 90 661 967 022), based in Sydney. By using it, you agree to these terms.
What these terms cover
These terms apply to your use of this website. They do not cover work we do for you. If we build, host or test something for you, the written quote or agreement for that work governs it, and it takes priority over this page if the two differ.
Information on this site
The content here describes what we do in general terms. It is not a quote or an offer. What a piece of work includes, and what it costs, is set out in the written quote or agreement we give you for it.
Using the site
You are welcome to browse, read and contact us. Please do not:
- use the site in a way that breaks the law or harms other people;
- attack, overload or try to gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it;
- scan or test the site for weaknesses without our written agreement;
- send us spam or material that is abusive or misleading through the contact form.
Security testing is part of what we do for clients, and it is always done with permission. If you would like us to test your own systems, talk to us.
Content and branding
The text, design, logo and other material on this site belong to Connascent Web Services unless stated otherwise. You may read it and share a link to it. Please do not copy or reuse it without asking first.
Links to other sites
We link to other websites, including products we have built. We do not control sites we do not run, and we are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
Liability
We take care to keep this site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be either. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this site.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute about them is for the courts of New South Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version on this page is the one that applies.
