Common questions
Where is my site hosted?
By default on AWS in Sydney, so the site and its data sit in Australia. If you need it somewhere else, such as your own infrastructure or another region, tell us and we scope that instead.
What happens when something breaks?
You get a person rather than a queue. We monitor uptime and respond within one business day.
What if I just need a small change?
Small content changes are included, free within reason. Email us and we make them — there is nothing for you to log into.
